The RJ Underground team is committed to the highest safety requirements and offering a safe workplace environment. Not only do we comply with OSHA standards but we routinely practice going above and beyond all applicable OSHA standards. Our employees are equipped with proper safety equipment which exceeds any job specific requirements. RJ Underground has daily, weekly and monthly safety meetings to ensure a safe work environment on all our jobs, for all involved. Our vehicles and equipment are inspected and serviced daily by our highly skilled staff to ensure we are working at the highest safety standards.

In addition; RJ Underground is a certified member of PICS Auditing Consortium; whom which monitors and manages our safety qualifications and compliance at an elevated level. Our top-notch skilled employees also have certifications of OSHA10, OSHA 30, ERail Safe and have completed On-Site Safety Training through both Baxter Healthcare and Abbott Laboratories.

I am writing to you in regards to our experience with RJ Underground INC. on a recent Lake County Public Works project. 2006.061 Portwine Road Force main replacement.  The job entailed a difficult and potentially hazardous river crossing that could have caused drilling fluid release into the river. With proper project management and planning we were able to install the 24” HDPE in one fluid pull. Success is obtainable with the right partners in place. RJ Underground was that partner.
